Love this!

I use a modified HIT program centered around powerlifting lifts and I’ve seen huge gains and strength increase plus I have more time for my kids with extra rest days.

USE THIS METHOD!

I started taking what MM has been preaching for years seriously this last month and have seen results almost immediately 😁💯…I have cut every workout I used to do in Half, and some instances more and go to failure for each exercise and really focus on eccentric, concentrate and static all as equally as u can and the Rest periods…really helpful and wished I knew sooner

Yeah, I noticed that I wasn't gaining any muscle and then I saw what Mike Mentzer and this program was talking about, YOU NEED TO REST and do it the right way. This program help me a lot to understand how body works

HEAVY DUTY IS THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR BODY!

HIT is brilliant!! I'v been doing it 43 yrs! I was Mike's friend and client. He was freaking brilliant. Kind , generous and funny as hell. He was too smart. He was also a man. Human and fail-able like all of us. Only ignorant people hated on Mike. The greatest minds knew he was right. Lots followed. I’m 61 now. I can’t believe Iv been able to do this for so long. I wish Mike was here. He’d LOVE the fact people minds are starting to open to science and facts on how to properly, safely , and effectively train to human body to reach its maximum potential. I wish Mike was here to see how his guidance, friendship and the knowledge he passed on to me carried me into my 60 s. I wish you guys knew his sense of humor. I’m sure he’s laughing his ass off out in the cosmos at how long it took us to “ gain a little conceptual heft “. And wake to the knowledge he was teaching 40 yrs ago.

This works for me, I know it may not work for everyone, but at least give it a go for 1-2 months, you will feel better, you will be stronger each workout and gain muscle. You got nothing to lose here
